Which One is Better Honda Grazia Vs Ntorq 125?

The earlier version of TVS Ntorq had quite easily outdone the BS-IV model of Honda Grazia. However, with the latest upgrade of BSVI in both the scooters, the story has changed a bit. Let us have a look at both the bikes to find out which one is more desirable for you.

Engine & Performance

The 125cc 4-Stroke, SI engine of both bikes comes with the CVT transmission. However, it is the Ntorq’s power of 9.38 PS @7000 rpm as against 8.2 PS @6000 rpm of Grazia that makes the TVS engine more robust. Even though the torque is the same for both, the difference in power is distinctly reflected in the greater top speed and awesome pick up of Ntorq.

Design & Appearance

The design and looks of both the bikes are unique in their own way. For example, the large black visor accompanying the stunning split LED lamp and board front view embellish the front fender of Grazia. On the other hand, the aircraft-inspired overall style of the Ntorq coupled with its sporty muffler, split type rear fender & vents along with the signature T rear lamp gives a ravishing side and rearview to the scooty.

Ease & Comfort

When it comes to ease, TVS Ntorq 125features apparently may have been overshadowed by Grazia. Features such as side stand cut-off system, minimal engine sound, multi-function key slot, and Idling stop system is absent in Ntorq. But both comfort and ease are well-taken care with the following only-Ntorq specs – least turning radius, high-speed alert, low fuel indicator, dual steering lock, USB charging facility, and the whopping under-seat storage of 22 liters.

Safety Features

Two-wheelers, in general, are considered to be unsafe, so safety becomes an important prerequisite for purchasing a bike or a scooter. With safety, the Ntorq has some edge over the Grazia especially due to its greater tire size and increased wheelbase. Additionally, the front disc brake that is present in the high-end version of both the scooties has a sizable difference of 30 mm, between them. Here, too, it is the Ntorq that scored above Grazia.

Price Difference

The budget is always important, especially for the Indian market and when both the bikes have more or less similar features. In this case, the Ntorq seems a bit better than Grazia in some of the engine and safety aspects. So, if the price of Ntorq is lower than Grazia, it naturally becomes a better choice. The price of the Grazia base version starts from ₹73,000 and the high-end version from ₹80,000, while for Ntorq the base variant starts from ₹67,000 and the race edition (the high-end one) from ₹74,000. Nonetheless, if other specs are considered, such as style and comfortability Grazia may have an advantage.
